Once the role plays are finished, get into small groups of no more than 5 people and discuss what ACTIVITY: you liked and didn’t like about the GREET AND caseworker’s approach in COMFORT the role plays. Then, as a group, write down three things that you think caseworkers can do/say/show to create a comfortable space for clients.
