                                WAVE SOLDERING RECIPE CONTROL SYSTEM
      The Specnor Poka Yoke Kit is a wave soldering recipe control system that provides tracking and security to the production line. It 
      uses a barcode reader to scan the PCBA on the conveyor that triggers a chain of action in order to have the correct recipe for the 
      incoming board. This kit comes as an option on new ULTIMA wave soldering machines and can be implemented in existing ones 
      only.

       FEATURES
         Stops/holds incoming PCBA if the machine recipe does not belong to 
         incoming PCBA
         Stops/holds incoming PCBA if the machine is not ready for the production 
         of incoming PCBA
         The machine auto-loads the good recipe for incoming PCBA
         The machine holds the PCBA until the recipe loaded in machine is ready 
         for the PCBA (conveyor’s speed and width adjustment, preheater’s 
         temperature adjustment, wave height adjustment and flux parameters 
         adjustment
         The kit includes the software, the hand scanner as well as the stopper
