“On a team it’s not the strength of the individual
players, but it is the strength of the unit and how
they all function together.”

Name and Adjective:
Students will wait their turn in the virtual meeting. The
facilitator/trainer states her/his name and a positive
adjective that begins with the same letter that
describes her/him; that is, Lovely Liz. The next
student does the same and repeats the previous
person’s name and adjective. Intelligent Ian, Lovely
Liz, and so on.
