       Students will work together to build an environment of 
        mutual respect, collaboration, cooperation, and creativity 
        in which participants feel welcomed, nurtured, and 
        encouraged to challenge themselves and others.
       Students will create a social contract to establish 
        mutually agreed upon expectations for participation 
        during the trainings.
       Students will debrief team-building activities and discuss 
        the effectiveness of their strategies in dealing with 
        obstacles encountered during the process.

        Vocabulary - Do a quick write of what each of these 
         words means to you and discuss with an elbow or virtual 
         partner:

      Play Alphabet Game in Virtual Teams
       Consider the following questions:
          When do you collaborate with others in “real life” 
           situations?
          When is teamwork most effective?
          What worked well?
          What could be improved?

       Name and Adjective:
          Students will wait their turn in the virtual meeting. The 
           facilitator/trainer states her/his name and a positive 
           adjective that begins with the same letter that 
           describes her/him; that is, Lovely Liz. The next 
           student does the same and repeats the previous 
           person’s name and adjective. Intelligent Ian, Lovely 
           Liz, and so on.
