       PEP Instructions
Disclaimer: Users of this spreadsheet should not attempt to modify any existing formulas, cell formats, etc. This template can be used to create a
batch upload for PEP data. Users should read the instructions very carefully before entering data. If a cell contains a formula, you must either
overwrite the formula with actual data, or leave the formula in tact. If formulas are erased, the template will not work properly. The formulas are copied
down to row 300; therefore, if you have more than 300 employees, you will need to copy and paste the existing formulas as far down as you need to
accomodate the total number of employees in your district/charter.
NOTE: These instructions are out of date and need to be updated. Use the Ordered Import instead of Round 1, Round 2, Round 3.

3Be careful not to delete any cells with pre-populated values or formulas (i.e., =REPT(" ",2).
4Use the PEP 2016-2017 User Guide to verify the allowed values for all inputs.
5Drag down prepopulated cells to desired row.
