Employee Pending Lines for Approver | The Employee Pending Lines for Approver report for line approvals lists the lines pending approval by and with an approval level less than the user/employee, the same as that appear in the Line Approval window.—the current user’s pending lines to approve. |
Employee Timesheet Approval History | The Employee Timesheet Approval History report displays information about the approval history of an employee’s timesheet. |
Employee Timesheet | The Employee Timesheet report is a summarized timesheet for the pay period with end date you specify. |
Employee Timesheet Audit | The Employee Timesheet Audit report displays all actions made on your timesheet (whether made by you or not). |

Schedule Audit - Who Changed | The Schedule Audit - Who Changed report displays all changes made by a user to an employee’s schedule within a specified date range. | |||
Schedule Cycle Pattern | The Schedule Cycle Pattern report displays the on and off days of the specified schedule cycle(s) for the time period and employee/assignment group combination you select to view. The pattern appears for each schedule cycle based on the start date you enter, not necessarily the first day in a schedule cycle, within the first week defined by the schedule cycle. This allows you to print an employee’s schedule cycle, when you select the schedule cycle and schedule template active as of the week corresponding to the date you enter, or compare how different schedule templates might affect an employee’s schedule. When you generate the report in HTML format, the first page of the report extends horizontally, showing the first 18 days in the pattern from the start date in a table, and additional days in additional tables as necessary based on the number of days in the range you specify. The second and any subsequent pages of the report include additional schedule cycles that do not fit vertically on the page, extending horizontally the same way as the schedule cycles appearing on the first page. The information appears similarly in other export formats, but the .csv format is not supported. | |||
