| Data Instructions: | ||
| 1. Go to Data Import Tab | ||
| 2. Items highlighted in RED are required fields and must contain data | ||
| The Main Screen / Common & Mandatory Field Group are generally the essential / minimal data required for any company. | ||
| JCurve recommends that you at least load this data. | ||
| 3. Save the Excel File | ||
| This provides a back up in case errors are found in the CSV file | ||
| 4. Remove row 1 through 3 on Data Import tab before saving CSV file | ||
| Row 1 provides a description of the fields | ||
| Row 2 provides hints, restrictions on fields | ||
| Row 3 shows Tabs within JCurve Employee record | ||
| 5. Save file as CSV | ||
| Whilst on the Data Import Tab save as CSV | ||
| 6. Import CSV file into JCurve | ||
| Setup>Import/Export>Saved CSV Imports | ||
| Select JCurve Inventory Item Mapping | ||
| Select your CSV File | ||
| Press Next to Display Data Handling screen | ||
| Press Next to Display the Field Mapping screen | ||
| Press Next Save to Display mapping & Start Import screen | ||
| Select RUN (not Save & Run). Ignore warning message | ||
| Correct & Resubmit errors | ||

| a) | Inventory Items only ( do not mix inventory types in this template) with a single currency selling Price ( AUS) | |
| If using multi-currency pricing, additional currency selling prices must be loaded as an update to the Item |
