CAREERS FOR Organizational Leadership MAJORS Anderson School of Management offers a Bachelor of Business Administration with different concentrations. ASM’s BBA Organizational Leadership Concentration focuses on learning leadership skills for multiple types of organizations. Organizational Leadership emphasizes project management and supervisory skills in a variety of settings. Organizational leadership is about having a dynamic working relationship between individuals and teams within an organization. The role of organizational leadership is to maintain a positive and functioning work environment. UNM Continuing Education offers a certificate in Project Management.
