WHAT ARE THE LEADERSHIP QUALITIES 
             A CADET SHOULD HAVE ? 
       
      Jai Hind I am cadet Abhiyta  I want to tell all of you that if a cadet wants to lead 
      or if she is assigned the leadership of something then what qualities should she 
      have.  First of all I want to tell that what is leadership, guiding a person, leading 
      a thing first of all so that it can be accomplished in a better way, that is called 
      leadership, so let us know that a successful leadership  What qualities should 
      be-: 
       1.  Alertness - Alertness is required for a successful leadership. Alertness of 
         the mind helps a person to use the opportunity at the right time and take 
         the right advantage of the situation.   
       2.  Courage - It is a quality that enables a person to take responsibility and 
         act calmly in difficult situations. 
       3.  Decisiveness- One must have the ability to take quick decisions and 
         persuade clearly and well to be a good leader. 
       4.  Enthusiasm - The quality of fulfilling duties and filling interest and 
         enthusiasm is also the quality of a successful leadership, which should be 
         in every person so that no obstacle has to be faced in completing any 
         task. 
       5.  Endurance - It is very important for a successful leader to have endurance, 
         this quality helps in facing pain, fatigue, stress and suffering . 
       6.  Initiative - In the absence of orders, starting the work on time itself is also 
         a good leadership quality. 
       7.  Knowledge - For a good leadership he should have the knowledge of how 
         to get out of every situation and should be more knowledgeable than his 
         team members so that they can help them. 
       8.  Decisiveness - Decisions should be taken by analyzing the elements 
         without any discrimination this is very important for a successful 
         leadership. 
           9.  Loyalty - It is very important to be loyal to your colleagues, seniors and 
              your work so that everyone's participation in doing any work can be done 
              well. 
           10. Tact  - Due to this quality, having the ability to complete the task without 
              hurting anyone is a good leadership quality . 
               
         If a cadet has to build a successful leader, a successful person and a successful 
         personality, then it is very important for him to take care of these things 
         because these are very important things which she should take care to make his 
         future better in his life.  should be kept in mind this time must come in his life 
         that she should guide himself and others, that is why she should incorporate all 
         these qualities in himself so that she does not face any kind of problem and as 
         far as NCC is concerned.  If so, it is necessary to have these qualities in every 
         cadet so that she can develop himself, the people around him and his country 
         from all sides.
