        APPLICATION CHECKLIST
        This checklist is to be used when applying for funds through the Authority's Housing For Justice-Involved Individuals Program (HJIIP). 
        Instructions: Applications for HJIIP funds will only be accepted via the IHDA Multifamily Portal at https://mfportal.ihda.org.  To request credentials to access a workspace within the portal, please complete the online form at 
        https://ppa.ihda.org.  At the bottom of the form select "YES" to the question regarding special rounds.  In the space provided, please indicate JUSTICE as the round name.  In terms of funding sources, there is nothing to 
        select and LIHTC is "Not Applicable".  Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your credentials.  If you have not received a response after 3 business days, please email mfportalhelp@ihda.org.
