           VOLUNTEERS WANTED 
         FOR A RESEARCH STUDY!
                             STUDY TITLE
      Sample Catchy Statement: Are you over the age of 18 and currently working in the education
     field? We are conducting a research study about job satisfaction in Education and looking for
                               your input!
     Summarize the purpose of the research and procedures as they relate to participant involvement.
     Explain the length of time it will take to complete the study, what you are asking the participant
              to do, and who you are looking for, e.g. students age 18 and older.  
                          Include any risks or benefits.
          Include a brief disclosure statement regarding participants’ privacy protections. 
     Provide clear instructions for how participants join the study (e.g. tear off slips at bottom of the
                  flyer with survey link and/or email address to contact).
