      Aim of Program: - Language is a strong media of communication. Proficiency in 
      different languages helps us to improve our confidence level and widens the pool 
      of job opportunities. Hindi is our National language and Hindi is a strong medium 
      to improve our inter relationship and communication with the major part of 
      Indian population. Most of our students are from Malappuram District and are 
      comfortable in Malayalam. And as the media of communication in the campus 
      and the non-language subjects are printed out in English, most of our students are 
      comfortable with the language. There by making it pivotal to improve the 
      language skills of students in Hindi. 
       Objectives:    The main aim of this course is to help the students to improve their 
      proficiency in Hindi. This course will help them to improve their confidence level 
      to speak in Hindi. This will help them for conveying their ideas with a wide range 
      of people in our nation. After their degree course if they are ready to join in 
      Translation diploma course in any of the University, this will help them a lot. This 
      skill development programme will be useful for their overall development. 
      Duration of the course:- 6 months. Total 30 hours. 
       Time:- 3.30pm to 4.30 pm 
      Strength of the class :- 35 students. Reservation to SC/ST: 8 students  
      Fee:- Rs. 100/ per month 
      Structure of course:- classes are divided in to 7 modules.  
      Module 1- Basic grammar of Hindi, especially tenses, prepositions, verb, usage of 
      grammar in sentences etc. 
      Module 2- interaction segments for each student. 
      Module 3- Translation of small sentences ie; Hindi to English and English to Hindi. 
      Module 4- Discussions of different topics in Hindi.  
      Module 5- Seminar presentations in Hindi. 
      Module 6- Self preparations of short stories, poems, dramas, essays etc. in Hindi.  
      Module 7- Interaction with eminent personalities in Hindi Literature.
