A bilingual program to instill, in children, the passion and confidence for reading & learning.
This handbook is intended to serve as guidance for all those teachers and volunteers who play the
role of Reading Coach as part of Katha On Ratha(KOR) program at a school/ learning center.
This document will provide the method to be followed in conducting KOR sessions.
The Reading Coaches must keep in mind that all the activities are designed keeping in mind that
they work for both English language and Tamil language. This is a bilingual program and equal
importance has been given to both languages while designing the activities.
