DiSC ASSESSMENT 28 Questions DiSC is based on the work of Carl Gustav Jung. He wrote Psychological Types in 1921 in which he created a model for human behavior in which he divided people into four main styles. In 1928, William Moulton Marston published a book, Emotions of Normal People, in which he expanded on Jung’s work and named the four main behavioral styles, D, i, S and C. DiSC measures how you prefer to interact with others. You will be divided into four main behavioral styles and identified as either People-oriented or Task-oriented. Your results will fall within the spectrum of the DiSC Circle. Your location within the circle will tell you how strongly you relate to that quadrant. Upon receiving your results, you will better be able to understand how people are different, increase self-awareness, learn to see which style others are, and change your behavior to better communicate with other styles.
