“ PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT THROUGH NCC ” 
             Personality is the way a person behaves, feels and thinks, how he conducts 
             himself in a given set of circumstances. External appearance, a person’s speech or 
             mannerism doesn’t tell a person’s real personality. 
             For personality development, NCC teaches us about how to build our character. 
             Every activity that we perform during our trainings leaves a big impression on our 
             Brain. In general, if good impression prevails then our character becomes good 
             and if bad impression prevails then our character becomes bad. 
             Activities of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) do not only provide motivation for 
             positive attitude but are also very important for character  building and 
             personality development as we cadets are regularly encouraged and motivated to 
             participate in various public speaking activities & social compaigns and events. 
            
           NCC GROOMS THE OVERALL 
           PERSONALITY OF A CADET 
           which includes mental 
           grooming , Moral Grooming 
           including Patriotic values and 
           physical Grooming by 
           conducting various activities 
           like Drill,Yoga etc. 
              
             A person of character should have some characteristics inborn as well as 
             developed by judgement and experience such as moral courage, 
             confidence,integrity, justice and highly developed sense of responsibility towards 
             nation building. In order to improve oulrselves, we should always do good to 
             others. Lastly, I would say,”Strength is Life; Weakness is Death” so be strong and 
             fight on bravely ! because Life is short. Give it up to a great cause ! ! !
