Trauma
There are four conditions that constitute a trauma:
1. something highly unexpected or shocking, like
a car accident
2. a sense of isolation, that you are all alone in
this experience
3. feeling trapped, with no resources to escape
4. sense of a threat of death, whether it is real
or imagined.
