      Venous blood collection:
  • From anti cubital fosaa.
  • Rubber tourniquet is  used .
  • Clean the site with an alcohol swab. 
  • Let the skin dried .
  • Vain fixed with the finger .
  • Forearm supported with armrest.
  • Sterilized syringe and needle  used .
  • Held the syringe between  the thumb and the index finger .
  • Tip of the index finger on the hub of the needle 
  • As  guide.

 resistant .
 appearance of blood in syringe.
