    • Provide COVID-19 Education and CDC Quarantine Time Frame (14 days)
    • Obtain photo of CoSD Consent Form
    • Conduct NP specimen collection
    ANCILLARY STAFF
    • Confirm identity of individual  (Ask to see picture id - Name/DOB)
    • Handout clipboards, pens, handout packets 
    • Asist with translation
    • Provide any admin support to Collection Personnel
