Total Relaxation
Use any technique you want.

Conditioning
Pair relaxation “cue word” with deep levels of
relaxation (i.e., “8” or above).
Rapid Relaxation
Use cue words and deep diaphragmic breathing to
trigger relaxation in 3-5 seconds.
