     Management
      During the term each member of your 
         development team should have a chance 
         at being a leader of the team.
      There are 9 management roles,  one for 
         each member of the team
      Each member of the team should lead at 
         least one phase of the project (one 
         deliverable or one meeting)

       Communications manager role
      Liaison between your team and client/instructor
      Implement and maintain communication tools 
         (email list, chat group, …) used by the team
      Manage communication between team members. 
         Contact team members when needed
      Remind the Meeting Manager or the Minutes Taker 
         if they forget to check in minutes or agendas!
      Students should be communications manager for 
         a maximum of six consecutive weeks

       Configuration manager roles 
        Configuration manager 1:
            Create document skeleton: format layout, 
              font, etc.  
        Configuration manager 2:
            Setup/maintain the software version control
        Configuration manager 3:
            Setup/maintain a common project 
              development environment for all team 
              members

      Organization of weekly team meetings
      Scheduling of weekly team meetings
      Informing team of weekly team meetings
      Preparation of meeting agenda for weekly team 
         meeting
      Checking the meeting agenda into SVN each 
         week
      Students should be meeting manager for a 
         maximum of six consecutive weeks
