people work and thus influence:
− Their behaviour;
− Their attitude to safety.
• Organizations with strong safety culture will be recognized by
having an effective safety management system.
• Organizations with strong safety culture will also have good safety
performance.

• The management of safety needs to take into account:
− Legislative requirements in the respective country;
− Culture of the organization.
• By culture of the organization is meant the mix of:
