                     ERC Virtual Venture Fair: 
             a digital platform where PoC-funded ventures can meet 
               investors potentially interested in financing them
                   "Virtual deal room" 
   
    PoC grantees share information with investor networks, funds, angel investors, 
    accelerators and incubators and other organizations
   
    Invited investors manage their deal-flow, quickly browse through numerous 
    possible deals, go through first pitch deck and prepare their first interest.

    •   Completely bottom-up 
           Only those ERC grantees who want to join the platform will 
                insert data and information that they choose to share with investors
           
    •   Open to investors
           investors who join the platform will be able to:
                     scout and screen PoC-funded ventures looking for funding
                     state a soft commitment and willingness to be a lead investor
                     form syndicates and make the deal happen

   deal rooms for other organisations and piloted a new tool for ERC-PoC ventures
 Dear ERC PoC grantee,
  
 Are you in the process of verifying the innovation potential of an idea that spun out of your ERC project? Or have you maybe already

 If so, check out this service the ERC is making available to all of its grantees, free of charge and with no obligation to join: a platform 
 where you can meet potential investors by submitting a short description of your idea, product or service and your market estimates.
  
  
 The ERC is delighted to invite you to join its ERC “Virtual Venture Fair”, a platform dedicated to ventures (both start-ups and owners of 
 IPRs at idea stage) created around an ERC-funded project. On the platform you can easily attract investors willing to offer you the capital 
 and support needed to scale-up your project or your company.   
  
 The platform is very simple to use and it does not require a lot of time and effort from your side to upload information about your 
 venture and it is entirely up to you to decide if you want to use it or not.
  
 This is a "virtual deal room" that we offer to PoC grantees in the form of a platform for sharing information with investor networks, 
 funds, angel investors, accelerators and incubators and other organisations. For participating investors this will be a great system to 
 manage the deal-flow. They could quickly browse through numerous possible deals, going through pitch videos and decks and prepare 
 their first interest.
  
 The ERC “Virtual Venture Fair” is a completely bottom-up solution - only those ERC grantees who want to join the platform will insert
