    Introduction of The Project:-
    We are an initiative that uses networking organization where people from 
    different educational backgrounds come together to enhance the education 
    system in Sudan in order to increase its social importance in society. 
    One of our main goals is to give teachers back their credibility and sense of 
    importance towards society. We believe that education is the key for 
    advancement and development, especially in a LEDC country such as Sudan.
    Through several studies it’s clear that education in Sudan is lacking in so many 
    ways:
    The curriculums are not well crafted
    The teachers are not well qualified even If they have the correct educational 
    background they’re qualified psychologically to deal with students
    The students do not get enough attention because schools are overpopulated
    Poor and old teaching methods that do not work well with the new fast moving 
    world
    We at Your Institute Have created this initiative in order to address these 
    problems
      System:-
      The idea of the system is based on a spider web
     The teachers are divided into clusters according to the areas in which they 
     operate this helps the teachers by having them operate in areas close to 
     them and makes managing them easier 
     Each Cluster is run by a cluster manager their main job is to address any 
     problem faces by teachers and accept new requests within the boarders of 
     their cluster
      At the center of the web is the CEO then on the second layer the 
     department managers and the layer after it the marketing and 
     accounting teams then the cluster managers who also form 
     individual webs with the teachers below them

      Appropriate behavior                  Harassment policies
     Technology use                        Discipline
    Demands:-
    There are around 3,169 schools with 79 thousand students on minimum 
    approximation the number of students is greatly larger than the school 
    capacity with each school housing over 2000 students this creates a 
    huge gap in the market.
    This lack of service generates unqualified graduates which go on to 
    become employees in many different companies these companies also 
    require a training service in many different educational department 
    English being the most requested.
