Technical Assistance Project for Preparation of Investment Project in Selected Municipalities
03/08/2017 12:30:00 PM (i) To develop a set of criteria to finalize the list of 10 out of 42 municipalities for the investment project.
(ii) To provide the techno-economic feasibility study for these 10 selected municipalities.
(iii) To assess institutional and operational capacity of the selected municipalities in managing the existing and proposed water supply and sanitation services, infrastructures.
(iv) To evaluate proposed water supply sources identified in the master plans and existing water sources (conduct hydrological and hydro-geological investigation, if required).
(v) To prepare financial analysis for the selected municipalities on the proposed infrastructures.
(vi) To review engineering design of each of the scheme.
(vii) To conduct Environmental & Social Impact Assessment, and prepare water safety plan.
(viii) To propose recommendations for water & sanitation management options for the selected municipalities.
(ix) To assess the scope and opportunity to construct shared water supply and sanitation facilities/infrastructures among nearby municipalities.
1) The firm(s) should be registered for consultancy service;
2) At least 10 years firm experience in the field of Urban Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation related consultancy.
3) Average Annual Turn Over of the firm(s) should be minimum BDT 20 million during the last 05 years (Summery sheet of Turnover statement and year wise Audited financial reports of the firm(s) should be enclosed);
4) Availability of appropriate skills/ experts among staff demonstrated capacity to handle such assignment in terms of resources;
5) Updated Trade license, VAT & IT certificates.
