    Following project has been undertaken as part of curriculum for 
     European Transcontinental Establishment of Commercial and Scientific 
     Studies (ETEC) in Arras, France.
    Discussing the major factors of restaurant business the presentation also 
     explain working ethics and day to day functions.
    To better understand the autonomy of a start-up, content in the following 
     presentation are more of professional reviews & personal references and 
     less of fact based. 
    Considering the studies of analysis and covering the basics, summary 
     will conclude with covering the concept and idea of the business to sustain 
     and grow in the existing market (with room for improvement) .

  Market Growth: Significant growth of 20% in number restaurant in Arras 
   over the last 3 years (Arras Pays D'artois, 2019), with several takeover 
   and 4 shutdowns. 
  Pubilicising Indian Cuisine: One conventional indian cuisine restaurant in 
   last 5 years (closed now). 
  Building up peoples Interest: Organising a dineing night with close 
   friends and family could help get the attraction and spread the word. 
   Public and national events like  Fete De Noel can be opportunity 
   to showcase the potential and intention behind bringing in the indian 
   cuisine, which is also adaptable to French people's liking.
  Reviews and suggestions: Feedbacks from locals and restauranters can 
   help to fill in the blank space.
  Funding: Working for an organization or a food outlets helps demostrate 
   the skills and pratcise & gather information at ground level. Depending 
   on the offer, the concept can be shared with organizer or potential 
   investors.
