What is a marketing campaign?
    Marketing campaigns promote products through different types of 
    media, such as television, radio, print, and online platforms. Campaigns 
    are not solely reliant on advertising and can include demonstrations, 
    video conferencing, and other interactive techniques.
    Your task- Part 1- 
    • Come up with 3-4 ways that Greggs can improve their customer 
     service:

    • What materials could you use to help support these improvements?
      Your task- Part 2- 
      • Create your own Google Docs account – you will need this for your coursework later in the 
      course.
      • Open a new Google slide document (if you can’t do this PowerPoint will do) and Save it as 
      Greggs Marketing Campaign.
      • Design 3 new marketing materials for Greggs (one slide for each). These could include:
         • A tweet
         • A loyalty card
         • Merchandise
         • An email 
         • A newspaper article
         • A TV Advertisement
         • Or anything else you would like to design
    Your task- Part 2- Continued
    • For each design – write about why you 
     have designed/ made this material and 
     how it can helps Greggs promote their 
     brand. 
    • Add another slide and design a data 
     capture form for Greggs to get 
     information from their customers
    • Under this explain what information you 
     are collecting and how Greggs will keep 
     their customer’s information safe using 
     this form.
