Introduction
                                       Create a training pathway that enables the learning and development of

                                       It builds on the recommendation "A New Skills Agenda for Europe" (COM 
                                       2016 - 381 Final), which calls for the upgrading and reskilling of Europe's

                                       supporting adults to acquire a minimum level of key competences.
      The CORAL  An online self-assessment test on entrepreneurial skills - based 
                    on the ENTRECOMP model. This activity allows individuals to 
        Start-up    independently identify their level: B1 or B2 or C1. They can then 
                    understand the areas in which they need to improve, according

    Skills Assessment  • This is an online self-assessment that identifies key competences based on the 
                         EntreComp framework 
           Tool 
                         • The CORAL training programme is designed and implemented in a mixed mode 
         Start-up        using the flipped classroom logic. 
                         • Theoretical and procedural aspects will be delivered through the Start-up 
        Academy           Academy MOOC, while the experimental capacity building labs (Start-up LAB) 
                          will allow one to experiment with a collaborative learning process
       International     • This will be given in the form of a digital badge called 'Open Badge' as proof of

   Preparing participants
     The aim is to help learners attribute value to CORAL's non-formal learning, by working directly on 
     awareness of the real value of learning outcomes.
     SELECTION: 20 participants selected according to the following parameters: adults with access to a PC 
     (including audio) and an Internet connection.

      • How to access the CORAL MOOC
      • Introduction to the Start-up Lab activity 
      • Ask participants to read the CORAL E-book, especially the PANEL part, so that they can watch the videos / interviews / inspiring 
       European entrepreneurs.
