Self-introduction Step 1: • After registration and welcoming remark by organizer/ trainer, trainer (s) welcomes all participants and introduce himself/herself to them and then invite each of participants to do the same. 08/26/2022 3 2. Objectives of the module Step 2: • After mutual self-introduction made by trainer (s) and participants, trainer (s) gives an orientation of objectives of the module of the training course to participants. The following are the objectives of the module: Overall objectives: • To assist participants, especially CSO Leaders/Managers to clearly understand the methodologies and processes in the execution of their projects in an effective and efficient manner; • To improve CSO capacity in project management and organizational management through innovative solutions with quality curriculums of the subjects and easy access to the curriculum that fits with diverse contexts of respective countries; • To provide a practical information and guidance on the procedures related 08/26/2022 4 to key components and process of project implementation. Specific objectives: • At the end of the training course, participants will be able to clearly understand: • General introduction; • Overview of module 4 introduction; • Human resource management; • Project resource mobilization; • Project monitoring and follow up; and • Exit strategy and sustainability of the project. • After an orientation of objectives of the module, trainer (s) brainstorms participants’ expectation of the training course; 08/26/2022 5 3.
