Notice for submission of Environment Studies (ENVS) Project Report for 
       B. Com/ B.A./B.Sc. (Hons. And Gen) Semester II (AECC 2) & Semester VI 
                     Examination, 2021 
        
       The students who are appearing for their B. Com/ B.A./B.Sc. (Hons. And Gen) Semester II 
       (AECC  2)  &  Semester  VI  Examination,  2021  are  hereby  informed  to  submit  their 
       Environment Studies Project Report in digital format (soft copy only) in the prescribed 
       format as per the guidelines of the University of Calcutta.  
       The students are instructed to submit their project on any one of the following topics:    
        1.  Disposal of waste and its management  
        2.  Global Warming: Causes and Consequences 
        3.  Water logging in urban areas  
        4.  Noise pollution and its impact 
           
            GUIDELINES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES PROJECT 
        1.  Students  must  write  their  Calcutta  University  Registration  Number  &  Calcutta 
          University Roll Number on the front page of Project Report before uploading them in 
          the College portal. 
        2.  The report should  
           a.  contain a proper title 
           b.  preferably be typed  
           c.  be prepared within 2000 words 
           d.  Include  diagrams,  maps  or  figures  wherever  needed  and  bibliography,  not 
             exceeding 12 pages. 
        3.  Students must submit the soft copies of Project Report in PDF format only. 
        4.  All the students must submit their project reports in digital format only. There is no 
          requirement to submit any hard copy of the project reports. 
        5.  Students must duly sign digitally in the Students’ Declaration page of their respective 
          project report before submission of the Project Work in the College portal. 
        6.  Without submission of the report in PDF, the candidates will not be evaluated for 
          AECC Project. 
        7.  The  Date  of  Submission  and  the  submission  guidelines  shall  be  uploaded  in  the 
          College website soon. 
        8.  The Project submission link shall be provided in the College website soon. 
        9.  Students are asked to check the college website from time to time for any further 
          information.
