          3.  Before  you  write  an  action  research,  think  of  a  problem  that  exist  in  your 
            school/classroom. Then based your title in it. Remember that an Action Research is 
            initiated to solve an immediate problem or a reflective process of progressive problem 
            solving led by individuals or teams.  
          4.  Please use the following: 
            Font style – Tahoma 
            Font size -   12 
            Paper size -  Letter (“8.5x11”) 
            Margin -      Normal  Top “1”, Left “1”, Bottom “1”, Right ‘!” 
            Page number – bottom right 
            Line spacing  - 1.5 
          5.  Please indicate in your time frame, the schedule of your activities for monitoring 
            purposes.
