       This is to certify that Mr. Keith Adams was an employee of our school, Island High School, in 
       the capacity of a Mathematics teacher for grades 6 - 8, from June 2007 to May 2011.  
        
        
       Apart from teaching, Keith was also the founder of the Mathematics club in our school that 
       helped develop innovative ways of grasping this subject for students who were slightly weaker in 
       it.  This  club  also  helped  students  prepare  for  quizzes  and  competitions  that  involved 
       Mathematics.  Keith  has  always  been  an  enthusiastic  individual  who  has  elicited  a  similar 
       response from his class as well. What was most impressive about Keith as a teacher was his 
       unique approach to teaching a subject that a lot of children seem to dislike. The performance of 
       his students has remarkably improved since he first started teaching them.  
        
        
       We can safely say that we were extremely satisfied with his teaching abilities. As unhappy as we 
       are with the loss of such an excellent teacher at our school, it also gives us great pleasure to state 
       that  Keith  will  be  a  valuable  asset  to  any  school  he  joins,  and  wish  him  luck  in  his  future
