                Even though new visa laws were approved in December 2016, an NOC is STILL required for 
                all employees to transfer sponsorship (even if the contract is finished). 
                            
                                                    ALL No Objection Certificates (NOC) MUST 
                     1.  Be fully typed (no hand writing or printing), with exception of signatures 
                     2.  Be an original document (copies may not be accepted by authorities) 
                     3.  Include a translation into Arabic by a CERTIFIED translator. 
                     4.  Bear a stamp by the certified translator’s company. 
                 
                              *Fees for drafting/translating a certified NOC are ±QR20-80 (pending on provider).
