   Explanation
  • Why are we doing this project?
     o Continuation of the air handling equipment upgrade work within 
      SHDH that has been completed over the last two summers. 
     o Historically, SHDH has had multiple HVAC issues, a common theme 
      is problems maintaining a comfortable temperature in the building.
     o This phase will complete the HVAC upgrade work for all SHDH; all 
      systems will be more efficient and better serviceable with more 
      accurate controls technology.

   Project Scope
  • Phase 3  (July 2015 – December 2015)
     o Work will be considered moderate in all spaces and will be more 
      intensive in specific areas.
      
     o All work will occur in the evenings, Monday through Thursday from 
      9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
      
     o The project will need access to a majority of rooms on the perimeter 
      of the building within the hammerhead suites.
