      why you would be a good candidate for the position, and tell that 
      you have a few slides prepared to help the conversation.

      • Your career aspirations, and your view on how and when you 
       should move forward on your career and how this position would 
       fit your (and hopefully your management’s) plans.
      • Remind your management, If you have (as you should have) already 
       talked about your career aspirations and plans with them.
        • This is especially important, if you have agreed or discussed that you could 
         move to the next levels of your career at some point.
    Self-evaluation
    • List all your regular tasks and responsibilities and how you have 
     managed them
    • If the company has a rating criteria & scale, use them.
    • Focus on topics that are relevant for the new position
    Success stories & special achievements
    • Any special success stories or achievements that should be brought 
     up and get recognized. Focus on the value you have created for the 
     company.
