This calculator is presented as an educational tool to illustrate the effect that different inputs and estimates of development costs and related factors will have on the outputs, indicating a determination of the Net Present Value (NPV). Indicative figures are used to provide an example of calculation the NPV (column AU in Section 3). Alternate figures can be entered in these cells to provide an illustration of the impact upon the NPV (cell AL52). Section 2 of the calculator sheet provides a breif explanation of the differnt inputs, these are not exhaustive. | |
