               TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
               1   Business cycle runs from 16th of every month to 15th of next month cycle.
               2   The rates will be effective from 1st of Dec' 16 till further commuminication.
               3   Payment will be processed on 9th of every month for the business achieved 30days from the day of commencement (issuance).
               4   In case of negative business, the same will be adjusted from total slab of a particular business cycle.
               5   Renewal payout on 2nd & there after business, will be 50% of Net receivable and it would be released in the month of Apr & Oct every year.
               6   For renewal payout, agent need to be active in system with min 12 policies and equivalent to 2Lac of Premium with 70% persistency.
               7   Payout on rider premium will be 50% of what we get.
               8   Note: - Below are the some recoveries will be done, if raised.
               1.     Cheque bounce recovery will be done as company wise applicable.
               2.     Recovery in Reject Status, lapsed / Terminated Status.
               3.     Negative retention Recovery.
               4.     Premium / Plan difference recovery.
