Logging In/Out:

Ideal user for the below functionality is a Registry Client, Organization Client, and Facility Client user.

Log in with a user that doesn't have Keycloak access to VOMS and doesn't have Vaccine Ordering Management permission.
User can't access VOMS.

Log in with a user that does have Keycloak access to VOMS and does have Vaccine Ordering Management permission.
User can access VOMS.

Log in to VOMS through the IWeb application.
IWeb is displayed with Inventory Management option available in the left menu and selectable.

Log out from the VOMS application.
The sign in screen is displayed.

Log out Warning Message
30 seconds before the user's session expires a warning message is displayed.

Cancel button doesn't refresh the user's session.

Ok button does refresh the user's session.

Left Menu:

Verify the correct application version numbers are displayed at the bottom of the left menu.
The following application version numbers are displayed.
- STC|One Release Version
- Database
- Immuscast

Verify STC|One Logo is displayed under the Version #'s.
Logo is displayed under the Version #'s.

Left Menu is available on all screens, expect pop-up modals, messages, etc.

Top Menu:

Verify the applications logo is displayed in the top left corner.
VOMS application logo is displayed.

Verify the following is displayed in the top menu.
- Organization/Facility Search Bar
- Star button
- Help button
- 4 Square button
- Log out button (see Logging In/Out section)
The correct fields/buttons are displayed.

Verify the Organization/Facility Search bar can search by the following criteria.
- Organization/Facility Name
- Organization/Facility ID #
- Organization/Facility VFC PIN
The correct search criteria is followed.

Notes: Search bar has smart search functionality, meaning Organization/Facility that are similar to what is being searched for will display in the drop-down also.

Verify the full Organization and/or Facility name is displayed in the search bar.
The full Orgnaization and/or Facility name is displayed.

Notes:
Screen size/browser window size is a factor. The full name will not display if the window size is too small.

Verify the Organization/Facility name tooltip is displayed.
Mouse over/hover over the Organization or Facility name, the full name will be displayed in a tooltip pop up.

Select the Star button.
Quick menu is displayed. Currently the only option available is Patient Search, and went selected user is redirected to Patient Search in IWeb.

Select the Star button, again.
Quick menu is closed.

Select the Help button.
VOMS User Guide is opened in a new window/tab.

Select the 4 Squares button.
Application selection menu is displayed with other applications available for selection.

Notes: Application listing is based on what Keycloak accesses the user has.

Top Menu is available on all screens, expect pop-up modals, messages, etc.

Switching Between IWeb and VOMS:

In VOMS select an Organization/Facility.
Verify when switching to IWeb the same Organization/Facility is selected.

Switching back to VOMS.
Verify when switching to VOMS the same Organization/Facility is selected.

In IWeb select an Organization/Facility.
Verify when switching to VOMS the same Organization/Facility is selected.

Select a different Orgnaization/Facility.
Verify when switching to VOMS or IWeb the newly selected Organization/Facility is selected.

Notifications Section:

Ideal user for the below functionality is an Organization Client or Facility Client user.

Verify the Notifications and Alerts sections are displayed on the Home screen when the user is logged in. (Notes: Registry Client users will need to have an Organization/Facility selected)
Notifications and Alerts sections are displayed on the Home screen when the user is logged in.

User will need to have the Provider Ordering permission.

Organization/Facility needs have Provider Agreement enabled for functionality going forward.

If the Provider Agreement is expiring in 45 days.

Notes:
No.of days to display the warning is set on Admin & Settings > Properties
On Home Page, under Notifications displays a warning ' Provider Agreement is due in X days'. When clicked the Provider Agreement page opens.

Organization/Facility needs have Allow Online Ordering enabled for functionality going forward.

When the provider has approved, denied, and/or rejected orders.
On Home page, under Notifications the following messages are displayed, and when clicked the Orders and Transfers page opens.

- There were 'X' orders approved
- There were 'X' orders denied

Organization/Facility needs have Allow Vaccine Transfer enabled, and the Transfers approval property needs to be enabled for functionality going forward.

When the provider has a denied transfers.
On Home page, under Notifications display a warning 'There were 'X' transfers denied' for denied transfers. When clicked the Orders and Transfers page opens.

An 'X' button is displayed next to the denied transfers notification.
When selected the notification is removed.

Organization/Facility has Allow Online Ordering, Allow Transfers, and Provider Agreement disabled.

When the above happens.
On Home Page, none of the warnings are displayed regarding Provider Agreement, approved orders, denied orders or denied transfers.

User does not have the Provider Ordering permission.

When the above happens.

The Value 'X' in the Notification should update accordingly
1. The 'X' value should update accordingly(Decreased by the number of orders received) when the orders are received by the Provider.
2. The 'X' value should update accordingly when new orders are generated.

Note : The task only displays if there 1 or more orders pending receipt.

When there are doses associated with the Correct lot decrementing. The user should have “lot number manager” and 'Correct lot decrementing' permissions.
Action items displays: 'There are X doses that failed to decrement'
