Sheet 1: Hello!

Congratulations! You're one step closer to managing your event like a PROl! Leverate this helpful template as way to keep track of all of the little things that are needed as you are planning your evnet. While our KDW Events Coordinator does provide comprehensive event plannning or can serve as a simple guide to answer your questions along the way, we also find that some clients really like to have to have a resource that they can use on their end as well. Therefore, we offer you this event planning resource at no cost!

The templates are broken into short term and medium term lead times. You'll find separate tabs for events held with 14 days notice, 90 days notice and 6 months notice.

As no two events are the same, please make sure you review the templates against your own event needs. This template is completely editable so feel free to change, delete or add things as you deem fit for your event.
