The purpose of this table is to estimate construction costs for subdivision work in order to determine development application fees. |
|
(b) |
The unit rates, although independently verified and considered accurate for the purpose of calculating a genuine construction cost estimate, are indicative only. Applicants may nominate there own rate. Refer to User Notes (c), (d) and (e). |

(c) |
Applicants may provide an alternate form of construction cost estimate which will be checked by Council. |
|
(d) |
If the applicant's estimate is a variation of more than 10% to Council's estimate, the applicant may be required to engage an independent quantity surveyor to review the cost estimate. (Refer to NSW Planning & Infrastructure Draft Planning Circular) |

(e) |
Please read the Declaration in Section 10 of this document. The Declaration must be complete if using this document to estimate the construction cost. |
