review of, and compliance with, Connecticut State Building Code, Connecticut State Fire Safety Code, and FM Global requirements; meeting the requirements for the protection of historic properties and archaeological resources; assistance with works of art; following the provisions of the Connecticut High Performance Building Standards (as applicable); participation in the Connecticut public utility programs for which the Project qualifies; identification and coordination with the applicable utility company(ies) regarding all issues pertinent to the proper installation of utilities; evaluation of the need for any and all easements; evaluation of building security requirements and the need for additional documentation; reviewing Connecticut Environmental Policy Act (CEPA) documents, environmental documents, and hazardous materials documents to ensure information relevant to design and construction are accurate and incorporated into the contract documents; preparation and submission (as applicable) of the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's (DEEP) Flood Management Certification, Construction Stormwater Permit and Stormwater Pollution Control Plan; water supply technical data / utility connection fees / written utility connection authorizations; local building official demolition permit application and approval, including notification to adjoining property owners;
