TEMPLATE Production Data
Fill out this document to support your Annual Summary and Expenditure Report (ASR).
It applies to both:
• Mining Activities and Production Operations (r39-r41)
• Prospecting and Exploration (r38-r41)
How many tabs / spreadsheets to submit
• One spreadsheet per permit
For each spreadsheet:
• One tab with the field's gas and oiled flared, calorific values and gravity
• One tab per well and per reservoir: copy the yellow tab for each of your wells and reservoir.
• If one of your wells is producing from multiple reservoirs, we expect as many sheets as there
are reservoirs.
• If one of your wells is shut down, create a tab for it, and fill it in with zeros.
• If one of your test wells doesn't provide daily data, then use the green tab. If they provide
daily
data, then use the standard yellow tab.
How to fill in the tabs
• Fill in daily production values, and other compulsory fields. Calculated cells have a grey
background and shouldn't be filled in
• Use these units for production data: Cubic Metres (oil, condensate, water), Standard Cubic
Metres (gas), Tonnes (LPG), Kilopascals (as an absolute pressure)
• Use these units for the calorific values: MJ/m3 (gas), GJ/tonne (LPG), MJ/kg (oil and
condensate)
• If your data was collected and zero, enter 0.
• If no data was collected, leave the field blank.
How to submit this spreadsheet
When saving, name this spreadsheet PXY ZZZZ Production Data 20yy
• X is the permit type: prospecting (P), exploration (E) or mining (M)
• Y is licence (L) or permit (P)
• ZZZZZ is your permit number
• yy is the current year.
