Contractor submits a cofferdam submittal on how they are going to construct the cofferdams within the stream. Review it as per locations shown on Contract plans. The Submittal should include step by step procedure of installation and maintenance.

Ensure that dewatering bags be placed within State ROW and away from the stream with silt fence around it.  Check dewatering bags throughout the day to ensure proper use and check for any breaks in the bag.
