Use this worksheet to collect a list of customer or prospect-related challenges at your company, develop your CRM vision and requirements, and build an effective CRM strategy.

Step 1: Outline the Problems / Challenges Step 2: Create a Clear Vision and Prioritize Priority Step 3: Check the CRM Software that can solve it
List the current issues at your company related to customer and prospect data and tracking.
Make sure to get input from key players at the company (especially in marketing, sales, and service).
Ask them what problems they are having in understanding and communicating with prospects and customers. Once you’ve got everyone’s feedback, share the full list and confirm you have everything down.
Next to each problem, describe the improvement you and your key players want to see. Prioritize the list below from 1-3:
1 = Must have
2 = Should have
3 = Nice to have
