The application must be completed and submitted electronically by 1 pm on 27 September
2022 to the Institute of Mental Health Research Coordinator, Ana Antunes-Martins
(a.antunes-martins@ucl.ac.uk).
Each application must include this application form, the budget form, and the CV of the first
applicant. Please combine all documents into a single pdf document.
Please note that signatures are required from the first UCL applicant, as well as the first
applicant’s Head of Department. Electronic signatures are acceptable.
