                                                                 Instructions for Filling this Form
                     1. When completing this form, the instructions given below shall be followed to comply the
                          requirements as per paragraph 12 of Program Process1.
                     2. First identify the Project Activity and define the unique ‘Title of the project activity’ and then
                          prepare a single Letter of Nomination, either for single or multiple Project Owners, accordingly.
                     3. While completing the Letter of Nomination:
                          (a) the first step, is to define the legal owner organisation (say L1) (with company registration
                                details and the authorized signatory) who own the facility and provide information in
                                Annexure 1.
                          (b) The legal owner organisations (say L1) shall jointly define all the Project Owners (say
                                organisations: P1, P2, P3) and identify the authorized representative and choose: one
                                Project Owner (P1) to be the focal point and act on behalf of all of them, who will have
                                ownership of the ACCs as per paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Letter of Nomination. 
                          (c) Letter of Nomination will be signed by the authorized representatives on behalf of all
                                involved parties (e.g., L1, P1, P2, P3)
                          (d) In some cases, the legal owner organisations can be same as the Project Owner
                                organisations (i.e., L1=P1 or P2 or P3).
                     4. The authorised representative of the chosen Project Owner (say P1), which is an organisation
                          and a focal point who shall act on behalf of all of the Project Owners, can do the following:
                          (a) Sign the cover page of PSF on behalf of all Project Owners;
                          (b) Provide the details of all Project Owners (P1, P2, P3) on online interface on GCC Project
                                Submission portal;
                          (c) Provide the details (name and email of primary and secondary contact) of the authorized
                                representative of chosen Project Owners (P1) on online interface on GCC Project
                                Submission portal;
                          (d) Submit project via online interface on GCC Project Submission portal;
                          (e) Open account in GCC Portal and submit projects and documents; and
                          (f)   Open account of chosen Project Owner (P1) in IHS Markit and receive ACCs in the account
                                of the Project Owner (P1);
                     5. Note that the Appendix 1 of PSF shall contain names and details of all the Project Owners (P1,
                          P2, P3).
                     6. This form shall be printed on the official/business letter head paper that includes its name,
                          address, contact details and registration number and dated, signed with seal.
                     7. This document shall be signed by all parties involved.

        Dear Sir,
        I, [Name of the authorized representative and signatory], with a valid passport number [XXXX]
        issued by [Name of Country], on behalf of [Name of the organization/legal name], with details as
        provided in  Annexure 1, incorporated  in  [Country]  with registration number [XXXX], having
        registered office at [XXXX], herewith confirm that:
        1. Our company intends to submit/have submitted the project (details provided in paragraph 22
          below) for registration with GCC Program which aims for issuance of ACCs (called as Approved
          Carbon Credits) consequent to compliance with all the applicable requirements of GCC
          Program;
        2. The project’s title is “[Name of the project]”, and is situated at [XXXXX], in [host Country]; 
        3. That the organization(s) given below shall act as the Project Owner(s) (as defined by the GCC
          Program) for the project as mentioned in paragraph 22 above:
          (a) [Name of the organization] (to act as Project Owner), and I have authorized [Name of the
           authorized representative],  with valid passport number [XXXX]  and with contact details
           ([write official contact details and email-Id]), as primary contact person and [Name of the
           authorized representative],  with valid passport number [XXXX]  and with contact details
           ([write official contact details and email-Id]), as secondary contact person to act on the
           behalf of this Project Owner;
          (b) [Name of the organization] (to act as Project Owner), and we have authorize [Name of the
           authorized representative],  with valid passport number [XXXX]  and with contact details
           ([write official contact details and email-Id]), as primary contact person and [Name of the
           authorized representative],  with valid passport number [XXXX]  and with contact details
           ([write official contact details and email-Id]), as secondary contact person to act on the
           behalf of this Project Owner;
