                 Note 1: Applicant must bring computer generated copy of his/her application 
                 form along with all the requisite photo-copy documents self-attested as well as 
                 originals at the time of counseling for verification. 
                  
                 Note 2: It is compulsory for the applicant to attend and deposit fee after taking 
                 admission  in  each  and  every  counseling  in  the  respective  allotted  institute 
                 failing  which  he  /  she  will  lose  the  right  to  admission  in  the  subsequent 
                 counseling. 
                  
                  Note 3: After completion of the admission process, the last paid admission fee 
                 will be taken into account for all purposes and all other earlier paid admission 
                 fees, if any will be refunded back in due course of time.
