                        Capacity product booking is organized via auctions (except for stock transfer 
                        product and virtual counterflow product)
                        Product tariff is approved by the regulator. The auctions are for premium fee for 
                        receiving guaranteed storage service. Auction price mechanism is  Pay-as-Cleared. 
                        Congestion management forsees that constant capacity takes priority over 
                        interruptable capacity. Until D-1 15:00 allocations ar made pro rata; after first 
                        come first served.
