Financial Assistance
        Financial assistance is available to girls who otherwise would not be able to attend camp. 
          4So that we may meet the needs of as many girls as possible, campers may only apply for 
            assistance for a portion of ONE SESSION of a day or resident camp. 
          4Financial assistance is available only to girls living in one of Girl Scouts the Desert 
            Southwest communities. 
          4Girls applying for assistance must complete the regular camp registration process and 
            pay the $75 deposit online per session. The deposit is refundable if financial assistance is
            not approved. 
          4Campers receiving financial assistance must be Girl Scouts. Financial assistance is 
            available for membership fees. 
          4All information related to financial assistance will be kept confidential. 
        To Apply 
          1. Complete all sections of the financial assistance application form. 
          2. Complete the regular camp registration process and submit your financial assistance 
            application with your registration.
          3. Submit your financial assistance application via mail GSDSW, 9700 Girl Scout Way, El 
            Paso, TX 79924, Attn: Summer Camp Confidential - F/A Request, or email 
            info@gsdsw.org.
        Review and Next Steps 
          4 Financial assistance applications will be reviewed as they are received, and families will 
            be notified of decisions within two weeks of review.
          4 You may be asked to provide proof of income documentation during the review process.
          4 Carefully review all information in your confirmation packet and submit all required 
            paperwork by the deadlines.
          4 Final payment of remaining camp fees (after applying the deposit and any financial 
            assistance) is due two (2) weeks prior to the session.
          4 Campers receiving financial assistance are subject to all policies regarding cancellations.

                 Financial Assistance Application. If financial assistance is not accepted and you withdraw your 
                 application, your deposit will be refunded. Please print and complete the ENTIRE form. Mail form to:

                 requested by the committee considering this request for financial assistance. If my girl does not attend 
                 camp and four weeks notice in writing is not given to the Girl Scout office, I understand I am responsible
