In this agreement, both actors agree to enter into a goat milk supply arrangement www.fao.org/ag/ags/contract-farming
according to the following terms.
Article 1
Milk supply
Para 1
The First Actor shall receive goat milk supply routinely and continuously of
about................. litre/week packaged in a transparent plastic container of one
litre.
Para 2
The First Actor shall inform the Second Actor 3 days before the delivery of milk
if the order has been changed.

Article 2
Rights and obligations
Para 1
The First Actor shall set a fair price and pay the Second Actor at the agreed
price.
Para 2
The Second Actor shall keep the milk under clean and hygienic conditions and
shall guarantee goat milk supply.

Price and payment
Price setting is IDR ................../litre of milk.
The First Actor shall pay the milk delivered by the Second Actor in cash or by from
bank transfer in the Second Actor’s banking account. FAO

Delivery schedule
Farming
Delivery schedule shall be established by both actors.
The Second Actor must deliver the milk per week on ..................... (day’s name), Resource
except if it informs the First Actor of a delay in delivery or if both actors re-
schedule the delivery period.

In the case where the Second Actor does not respect Article 1 and 5, he/she will
suffer a decrease of 50% of the milk agreed price, except if he/she informs the
First Actor on a delay in delivery or if both actors re-schedule the delivery period.
In the case where the First Actor is late to pay the Second Actor according to
the article 4, he/she will have to pay an increase of 50% of the agreed price,
except if a force majeure condition occurs.
Article 7
Force majeure
Force majeure condition refers to an unexpected disastrous situation such as
flood, earthquake, or riots which affects the agreement jeopardizing the exact
execution of actors’ duties. Both actors must inform each other if such situation
occurs.

Article 8
Rejection and dispute
Para 1
The First Actor shall verify the quality and quantity agreed of the goat milk
delivered by the Second Actor.
The First Actor has the right to refuse the goat milk from the Second Actor if
the milk is not delivered according to the terms of this agreement .

Any dispute regarding the terms of this agreement will be resolved by competent Downloaded
