                      The date of Substantial  Completion  of the Project or portion  designated  above is also the date of commencement  of applicable warranties
                      required by the Contract Documents, except as stated below:

                      WORK TO BE COMPLETED  OR CORRECTED
                      A list of items to be completed or corrected  is attached hereto, or transmitted as agreed upon by the parties,  and identified as follows:

                      The failule to include any items on such list does not alter the responsibility  of the Contractor to complete all Work in accoldance  with the
                      Contract Documents. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the date of commencement  of wamanties  for items on the attached list will be
                      the date of issuance of the final Certificate  of Payment  or the date of final payment, whichever occurs first. The Contractor will complete or
                      conect the Work on the list of items attached hereto within Forty-Five (45) days frorn the above date of Substantial Completion.
                      Cost estimate of Work to be completed or conected: $1,610.00
                      The responsibilities  of the Owner and Contractor for security, maintenance,  heat, utilities, darnage to the Wor*, insurance,  and othel items
                      identified  below shall be as follows:

                           In accordance  with AIA A201, General Conditions of rhe Contract  for Consrrucrion,  Paragraph 3.1.3, this
                           Punch List does not relieve the contractor ofhis obligations to complere rhe project as per plans and
                           specifications  as noted in the General Conditions of the Contracr for Construccion.  All subsequent items noted
                           hereafter,  as long as the warranry  period is in effect, shall be completed  by the Contracror  upon norificarions
                           thereof
                      a    Contractor  shall provide a bound project manual within thircy (30) days of this date, which shall include
                           warranties,  guarantees,  instruction manuals, maintenance  manuals and any other items required as per
                           specifications.
                           General Contractor  shall provide Owner with all surplus stock materials as required as per plans and
                           specifications.
                           General Contractor  shall provide Owner with as built drawings from all subconrracrors.
                  The following  items require  the attention  of the contractor for completion  or corr€crion. This list may not be all-inclusive,
                  and the failure to include any items on this list does not alter che responsibiliry of the contracror ro complere all work in
                  accordance  with the contracr documents.
