ADDENDUM MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PEACE CORPS AND [UNIVERSITY NAME] This Addendum (the "Addendum") to Memorandum of Agreement by and between the Peace Corps and [University Name] (the "University") (collectively, the "Parties”) amends that certain Memorandum of Agreement (the "Original MOA"), dated [original MOA date], and signed by the Parties. The purpose of this Addendum is to establish an additional program at the University as a new program (the "New Program") under the current Paul D. Coverdell Fellows Program (formerly known as “the Fellows/USA Program”) under the same terms and conditions of the Original MOA. The New Program will serve to advance the Third Goal of the Peace Corps by helping to promote a better understanding of other peoples on the part of the American people. The New Program will also serve to advance the goals of the University by educating qualified Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (''Fellows'') through formal academic study. 1. The Original MOA is amended as follows: (a) Article I, The Program, A. Establishment: Attachment 1 is hereby amended, in part, by adding the following New Program: [Identify the New Program by name, type of degree to be received, school/center at the University under which such New Program will housed, and any other relevant information.] 2. All other terms and conditions under the Original MOA remain unchanged and in effect.
